This testing machine is fully automatic and allows for customized testing by using the appropriate test tools. The test cylinder is equipped with three pistons, similar to models 142, 145, and 146, and performs the entire testing process with a single operation. Additionally, this test can provide analog output and record data. There is also software available for data analysis, such as deep drawing values.

This electric and hydraulic testing machine has a capacity of either 200kN or 400kN and allows for operation in either automatic control or manual mode. It digitally displays parameters such as drawing force and wrinkle suppression force, and can be connected to a PC via analog output to record displacement diagrams. As an option, it can also enable measurement evaluation and operation of the testing machine via PC. Additionally, it can perform other tests such as corner tube drawing tests, warm deep drawing tests (up to 550°C), high-speed drawing tests, and Fukui tests.
This testing machine, which has the highest capacity among thin plate forming testing machines, is widely used mainly for research and development of materials and high-strength materials.
Two versions are available, with drawing force and wrinkle control force of 600 kN and 1,000 kN, capable of handling blank diameters up to 220 mm. They are ideal for FLC tests and bulge tests that require high wrinkle control force. The drawing force and wrinkle control force can be controlled via a PC, and the drawing speed, punch stroke, and maximum values are displayed digitally. As an option, high-speed drawing of up to 30,000 mm/min is possible, along with control of the testing machine and evaluation of measurement data through a PC interface.
